A minute is any time the AI voice agent is actively on a call with a customer. We round up to the nearest minute for billing. Hold time, transfers, and internal processing do not count as billable minutes.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

You'll be charged the overage rate for your plan ($0.20/min for Starter, $0.15/min for Professional). You can track your usage in real-time through your dashboard and set up alerts to avoid surprises.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
